Dear Club Secretary 

Attached is the procedure to be followed for all disciplinary matters relating to Junior/Mini Rugby.  Also attached are various forms to be used. 

It is important that Clubs recognise that the Senior Section is responsible for all Club discipline involving junior players, coaches and spectators.  All Junior Sections must advise the Senior Club Secretary of any discipline problems, on and off the pitch.  All correspondence regarding discipline will be through the Senior Club Secretary.  Please advise and instruct your Junior Section accordingly. 

The forms attached should be available at all Clubs for referees/officials to use.  Please organise this with your Junior Section.
